"This place is amazing! I signed up for the boxing class and when I showed up, I was very intimidated. However, I was welcomed and made to feel so comfortable! The instructors/owners are so knowledgeable and keep the class fun! They are great about helping each student and motivating you to be better. I will definitely be returning to this class!"

"I don’t usually write reviews but today was my first class and it was awesome!!! It took a while to find a class like this because usually there is so many people and it’s more of a workout circuit but this was a smaller class with a lot of 1 on 1 help. They explained and helped everyone, keeping everyone on the same page and it was actual boxing workouts, techniques and form which was exactly what I wanted. They are super nice and helpful, if you’re looking for actual boxing i recommend them 10/10."
