"split right down the middle for me PROS: very nice treadmills, I am training cardio right now and it was nice to have good quality equipment. The upper cardio deck is very nice and overlooks the lake and papago park so its very picturesque. Havent scoped out the other equipment but it looked well appointed Cons: Locker room was dirty and everything was not stocked. there was trash and paper towels, nicotine pouches and all sorts of other garbage laying around the locker room. There were no towels. Suggestions: hand out towels at the front desk instead of stocking them in the locker room, people take multiples and just toss em on the floor - because college kids suck. College kids will always require closer supervision than other locations it just is what it is but they are disgusting and dirty so mountainside needs to step up their game and keep the facility cleaner. Maybe consider keeping an eye on things and start weeding out the problems, I am sure its not all the college kids but it only takes a couple bad apples. Bottom line is you have a premium gym in a premium location and you should want to keep it nice instead of let a bunch of college kids trash it"

"Amazing Gym. Less crowded than cheaper gyms. Squat racks, machines, everything you could need. Even a sauna. Signed up for personal training . Their trainers are not "salesy" or pushy whatsoever...and great price point. Make sure you get Essence for your personal trainer...perfect mix of weights program smarts and amazing personality! A+"
