"Great facilities but won’t be returning. When I signed up at this facility I was offered something along the lines of a 1 time training session for $19 as part of some fitness day deal. At no point was I made aware of or told that I was actually signing a contract locking me into a deal where I’m being charged $150 biweekly for personal training I really don’t need or want. Scummy"

"This gym (ray and rural) still can’t figure out how to keep their sauna running 24/7. It’s been months. Also its not because of “putting to much water on the coils” we are past that. Please do yourself a favor and go to another gym if you want to use the immunities you pay for regularly."

"Love this place but watch out for this crazy guy that is always in the parking lot or coming out of the gym in some goofy pink sandles around 7:30am to 8:45am. He is very weird and may be not all there. He's yelled at me and stared me down a couple times but the worst one was when he told me on the parking lot to turn my Truck off cause he couldn't concentrate as he walked threw the parking lot. Great manager, great crew love thus place but just look out for this weirdo....Happy New Years."
