"Unpleasant Conditions and Unhelpful Staff at Inspire. My recent experience at Inspire in Gilbert was unfortunately quite negative. The gym was uncomfortably hot, significantly warmer than the outside temperature. This makes it a difficult environment for athletes to train in. Additionally, there was a noticeable unpleasant odor, and to make matters worse, there was no hand soap available in any of the restrooms. When I informed the staff about this issue, they seemed unconcerned and did not take any steps to rectify the situation. To top it all off, the parking fee of $20 is excessive. Overall, these factors combined create an atmosphere that is far from ideal for athletes. They also charge a team $25 to have a team camp."
"Parking is $20 and no one is directing the parking, so people just make their own spots and hope for the best. Inside the building is ridiculously warm and pieces of the ceiling literally fell down during our games. The bathrooms are very dirty, the bathroom floor is soaked, and trash is overflowing."
"We just attended the MLK volleyball tournament this past week. Lets start with the $25 parking charge. I think most families were willing to pay the $25 charge if only there would have been parking made available. The parking at this locations is a big joke. Either you have to get there 3 or more hours before you are scheduled to play or get lucky and find a spot near or in the designated parking lot. Do not park in the street or you will get ticketed. Maybe when planning such a big event they should make arrangements with surrounding businesses to allow the participants to park. Or find a spot off site and bus the participants in. Team Camps good luck if you find a spot. The facitly its self needs some repair. The roof padding looks as if its ready to fall on to the players. The ladies bathrooms are dirty and some stall doors do not lock."
"No AC. No places to sit except at the ends, way at the end. Dirty restrooms. Empty water bottles all over. They always charge for parking, $20. If you park elsewhere you’re at risk to be towed. Money grab at its best without up keeping the facilities on all levels. Place needs to be shut down."
"I appreciate that the facility is large enough to accommodate volleyball tournaments, however, there is much room for improvement. I don’t think we should have to pay $20 for parking. The facility is dirty and there are nowhere near enough bathrooms. The line was 10 minutes long the entire 7 hours we were there. Some of the staff were rude as well."
