"Love this EOS! They have so many machines that it makes it easy to move through your workout. I like that they are making a bunch of renovations and their facilities is fairly neat. It is walking distance from my place downtown so I can not complain. They just reorganized and it has been an incredible change for the better. The sauna is my absolute favorite. I recommend staying away from 4:00-6:00PM. It gets packed. Also the sales team is a little aggressive and deceptive in their processes, so just stay involved to make sure all is good."

"Do NOT go to this gym. I tried to cancel my membership more than a year ago after attending the gym ONE time because the gym was insanely crowded and the patrons were guarding the machines with water bottles which prevented me from using them. The front desk employee “Tiger” never put in for the cancellation so unbeknownst to me I had been charged hundreds of dollars, which I then tried to unsuccessfully dispute with my bank. I have also tried unsuccessfully to speak to the management of this gym multiple times with assurances that the issue would be handled and that my membership had been cancelled (it still hasn’t been at the writing of this review.) I keep getting the runaround and I’m out nearly $400 which we all know is a seriously large amount of money for a service I never used, especially given that this is a multi-million dollar corporation. Do not sign up for a membership here and if you do make sure that you get “proof” of any cancellation you initiate since these people cannot be trusted to do the right thing."

"I had an amazing experience at this location. The staff was personable and very caring. A young lady name Jordan greeted me with the warmest smile and answered all of my questions. If you haven’t check this location out you should and don’t forget to ask for Jordan if your looking to start up a membership."

"Front desk staff is not very friendly or knowledgeable about how to use data track when asking for simple questions. cleanliness is minimal and the maintenance crew is more focused on getting a quick pump than filling the paper towel holders. why offer towel service if they never have clean towels? price point is good for location."

"I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years and this gym never fails me. It does get packed super fast since it’s a small gym but if you come around the hours of 10am-1pm it feels like you have the gym all to yourself. Zyon, amazing guy! He never fails to greet you :)"
