"My two boys and I had a chance to come out here and train with Rube, Bottoms and a couple of other trainers. We absolutely love this place, its not about throwing a bunch of weights around. The movements are explosive, athletic movements. First day Rube corrected my son's stance during an exercise. He had him remove his shoes made adjustments and his movement looked much better. This team works with high school, college, pro and old athletes and they are amazing at what they do!"

"I’m one of those crazy people who loves to run. After 25 years of running (from marathons to 5ks) my knee was diagnosed with arthritis and tendonitis. He is incredibly knowledgeable, as all of the trainers there are, the environment is like being back in competitive high school or college sports, and best of all, I’m starting to run again!
