"Poor customer service. Give them a call or go in person, you'll see what I mean. (response to management: thank you for taking the time to reply and show that you want to improve.) I called "soccer locker" [the shop] inquiring on the cost to reserve for an office event. This was Tuesday 9/27 around 6pm. It's been 10+ YEARS that I do not go back to soccer locker so I was unfamiliar with the name change. Either way first issue was when they picked up and a guy said "hey". Really had me doubting if I called the right place or if it even was a place of business. I was then given the number for the PSC facilities after a few minutes and when I called the that number, another male answered. This guy is the MAIN reason for my comment. He lacked any intrapersonal skills. Sounded like he wanted to get off the phone ASAP and overall not a pleasant experience. Made me feel like I was bothering for calling in. I asked if by renting the field there would also still be food / concessions / bar available [again it had been a long time since I went so I figured I'd ask what it was you guys had as far as food went] once again the guy rushed me to get off the phone, skipping over my questions and not being helpful one bit. The only info I got from him is the cost of 1hr and "yes" that there would be food. Employees are at the forefront of almost every business and as a result are extremely important in setting the tone. Unfortunately this experience set a really bad one."

"Management is TERRIBLE. The refs will allow kids to hit other kids. Stay far away from this place. The Avondale and North Phoenix facilities are much more acceptable than this hole in the wall."

"Was in town from Tucson, drove quite a way just to purchase some gear and check out the store. Hours said 10-6 Sunday online and on the door, yet it was still closed. Rest of the venue was a site to see and really cool. Cool place."
