"I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dance studio. As soon as you walk in the building, each and every individual welcomes you right into the family and makes you feel right at home. The instructors are knowledgable, fun, and just so incredibly kind. As someone without a dance background, I was nervous stepping into the studio for the first time. After just a few lessons I can now say I have a new confidence that has impacted me in multiple areas of my life. I have found a new hobby that I want to continue for the rest of my life! "My husband and I decided we wanted to learn how to dance a few months before we got married. Enter Fred Astaire. There are so many positives about this place. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and fun. The staff is so kind (not to mention gorgeous!) and excited to help even extreme beginners like us learn how to dance. They barely even batted an eyelash when we said we wanted to do a tango for our first dance. We had so much fun planning and practicing our dance, and the teachers, namely Anastasia and Nico, were amazing, hilarious, and so fun and encouraging. It was such a great bonding experience for us leading up to the wedding and I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about trying it out as a “date night” thing to spend time with your significant other and learn something new. The *only* complaint we had through the whole process was the cost, and what was at times some seriously high pressure sales pitches. Learning to dance at Fred Astaire is not cheap by any stretch of the imagination, and there were times when we felt like we were continually being asked to sign up for more programs and when we said we were only interested in the wedding dance, we were pressured to get our friends to sign up in order to bring in more business. Definitely put a bad taste in our mouth about what would have been otherwise an absolutely wonderful experience. Regardless, thank you so much to the staff at Fred Astaire for teaching us to dance. We loved learning with you and spending time with all of you."

"The studio is a wonderful place for everyone where we at different ages can feel at home and at our dream world. All the teachers and directors are very professional and very helpful to treat us with respect and patience in teaching us how to dance. I joined our studio dance family last March . Only less than two years , I am from stepping on my teacher’s feet every time when I was dancing to winning top bronze student award at May Arizona dance competition with the help of my teachers. My teacher, Mateusz is a great teacher and dancer. I really appreciate his professionalism , his care and his patience in teaching me step by step how to dance more than 10 different style dances from smooth to rhythm, from club dance to solo dances. Most importantly, all the teachers at the studio make me happy and young . The last but not the least . I hav reached my first goal : to lose 15 to 20 bls in one year !!!!!!!!"

"My new husband and I wanted to work on our dancing skills for our wedding and spent a few months taking dance lessons with Fred Astaire Dance Studios here in Ahwatukee. Our wonderful instructors, Nico and Anastasia, helped us go from learning basic dance skills to helping us with choreography for our wedding dance. The result was that we had the wedding dance of our dreams that will live on forever in our memories. We enjoyed everything about the learning process from learning a basic Rhumba, Waltz, and Foxtrot to more social dances. We enjoyed attending the themed dance practice parties on Thursdays which also gave us another opportunity to practice and dance with other people at the studio. We had so much fun I think we’re going to continue attending. "My fiance and I went to the studio looking for help with our first dance. Our wedding was a month away. We met Nico there and he took us on a journey we'll never forget. He choreographed and taught us all the moves! Needless to say it was a beautiful moment. Now as husband and wife we continue with lessons and are learning allot of other dances.
