"If you are interested in being tested for autism. I really wouldn’t go here. They are using a very outdated approach to understanding it. I’d explain in full but it would end up a book. In short it’s a very small box they expect all autists to fit into that has been proven quite outdated. It’s very disappointing."

"This place should be shut down, very unprofisionalism, I have serious depression, and this lady Taylor called off on my scheduled apoinment they said she called out sick that day they need to rescheduled me, in short notice caught me off guard scheduled me on a busy day for me. The day came for my appointment and I called to reschedule they didn't give me an option to pay or anything they said they were dropping me. I'm like wow ok. So anybody out here who has a serious mental illness,don't come here they think they can drop people whenever they feel like it. Someone needs to report them to the better business burearu."

"Office staff doesn't inform you ahead of time that your child will be going alone with a stranger to be tested for Adhd. There's no camera even for you to watch. Teron Lindsay was absolutely rude on the phone and in person. I drove over 4 hours for my daughters test. He and the receptionist called and texted 3x on our way there, even though I confirmed her appt twice. We were going to be 30 minutes early. He was so incredibly rude on the phone and my daughter could hear him. He was asking why I haven't answered and where we were. I told him we were by the 60. Said he doesn't know where that is?? Beyond unprofessional!!! There's NO way I would let my daughter be in a room alone with that guy. Even if we were late, his conduct would still be out of line. A college degree doesn't earn you emotional maturity. Hopefully that guy grows up one day. Please save your kid the emotional damage of going there."

"I would give ZERO stars if I could. Called to see if they took my insurance and EAP benefits, the man who answered said yes. I told him I was looking for a in person therapist. He said that was fine and even set me up for an appointment and gave me the address. Fast forward two weeks later, I am on my way to the appointment which is 30 minutes away. Some lady calls me 15 minutes before to explain that I need to log in to the portal for me tele session. Excuse me what? Then proceeds to tell me they DONT take EAP benefits. Waste my time, gas, and I cancelled a work commitment to go to this!!! I better not get charged either!!!"

"We had my son evaluated here. Was told after the appointment that we would have results in 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks I called, and they told me it can take 2-4 weeks and to call back the following week. Called then, and they told me usually it takes 2-4 weeks but there’s one provider who can take about a month so give it another week or so. It’s now been over 6 weeks and still nothing. Absolutely insane."
