"Great gym. Did a three day trial and joined for six months. I have a pretty significant injury and the coaches take time every class to modify around my injury. Workouts are well planned out and set up and explained before each class. Love the system because I don't need to figure out what to do each day, workout is already set up for you. Way less culty than CrossFit. Great trainers, great workout, I really enjoy going here. +100 classes update: this is a great gym, the coaches are very motivating and supportive including Nate, Jenna, Mario, Lainey, Rena, Maverick and others I may have forgotten to mention . Very fun gym"

"This “gym” is so fun. I go here almost daily with my bestie because we wanted to get in great shape. Classes are fun, fast paced, and push you farther than you think. Being able to come in for a quick workout that leaves you feeling like you’re closer to accomplishing your fitness goals everytime feels amazing. The coaches are knowledgeable and very motivating."

"I love coming to F45! I did a week trial in December and I signed up and started in January! They provide different sessions hours in the morning and in the evening. They have an app that you can sign up for future classes, which also tells you the workout schedule and what coach will be there that day. They demonstrate the work out before the session starts. They also have TVs on the walls demonstrating the workout at the particular station that you are at. All the coaches are super nice and they motivate you and make sure you are doing the work out properly, if not they do it with you so you can see the proper form. They have checked on me when they haven't seen me for a while and I've already notice some definition on my muscles. Overall it is a fun atmosphere to work out in. I wouldn't be consistent and burning a lot of calories at the gym by myself. Definitely recommend it!"
