"I’m spending the winter in Tucson and wanted to find a place to exercise. I popped into SPENGA and was welcomed with open arms. I haven’t been to a gym since Covid hit and I was apprehensive. I’m 66 years old and wasn’t sure if I could do it. The 20 minutes of spin, 20 minutes of strength and 20 minutes of yoga is perfect. I’m absolutely loving the classes. I’m attending twice a week. The memberships are flexible and meet my needs as a winter resident. I’ve had 3 different instructors and they’ve all been great."
