"What’s more important, You’re Tee Sheet or Someone’s medical emergency. Today’s experience was without a doubt the worst I have ever experienced at any type of business. Sorry if this explanation is long. This morning at approximately 9:45 we checked in for our 10:20 time slot. We were informed that only 1 of our 2 other friends made a tee time and that a walk on was put in our group. After discussing with our friends we informed the clubhouse that keeping the 4 some the way it was, was fine. The clubhouse then changed the 4some to allow our group to go together….which was very generous. However we then had one of our friends go through a very traumatic and very real medical emergency. As we were dealing with the situation we were called to the first tee. I had my wife go and tell the pro shop of the situation and at 10:13 one of the workers said “Are you serious, well you need to get to the 1st tee now” So not only did they not even ask how the person was doing but only seemed to care about getting over paying golfers on the course. We thought our situation was handled, so my wife and I went about our round of golf. However as the situation with our friend changed we decided to leave after hole 5 to go and help. We had to have the sheriff come out and help. All in all our friend is safe and ok. When I went in to the clubhouse to express my frustration of how we were treated the one worker said, “well I do not remember how that all actually happened, and don’t forget you are always welcome to come back.” Are you serious? Not, is your friend ok? We are also sorry this happened. Oh you didn’t even get through 1/3 of your round how about we give you a rain check. No he kept telling me that we inconvenienced them and that we were late to begin with( we were 35 minutes early) and they were super busy. It seems to me that still in 2024 people don’t seem to care about other people’s medical emergencies. It’s all about the bottom line and how much money you can keep. Paid $175 to play 1/3 holes to help someone having a MEDICAL EMERGENCY and not even a simple we are sorry what can we do. The guys cleaning the carts seemed to have more sympathy than the clubhouse guys. Such an absolute shame."
"Nice golf course. They start right on time. Greens are taking really good care of"
"Course was in pretty good shape! The price for what we got was good too. The course staff is fantastic as well and super accommodating."
"Beautifully maintained year around. Driving range and practice area has lights. Friendly staff, can't beat it for the price. Favorite course in Tucson."
"I've always enjoyed my golf experience here. It's a solid experience above a muni course but without the expense and swankiness of a Starr Pass or Dove Mountain. It's an open course with interesting holes and a decent amount of water. It's also one of the relatively few walkable courses in town. Definitely worth checking out !"
