"Dr. Jacinto has been a God sent for my daughter. We experienced a very traumatic event in my family and everyone in our family had a very rough time coping. I spoke to the staff over the phone, who were very pleasant, professional, and helpful with getting my daughter scheduled with Dr. Jacinto. When Dr. Jacinto called us for her scheduled appointment she was very helpful. She took her time to find out what had taken place in the past and what was going on currently. She spoke to me (the parent) and then my daughter. My daughter was very shy and would not talk much. Now, I see such a big improvement and difference with her. After several months, my daughter actually asks me to call Dr. Jacinto to make an appointment for her to speak with her and give her updates on how she's doing. Dr. Jacinto you are so awesome, professional, and thorough. I appreciate all that you have done for my family. Also, I would like to add that I have made several calls and left messages every single time. I've never had a problem with receiving a call back ever! The staff is awesome as well!"

"Dr. Jacinto has worked out well for our family. We've never had an issue with scheduling an appointment and she's always called back in a timely manner. There were a few times that we've needed emergency assistance with a prescription and things have always been handled promptly. She does seem to be a little detached in person, sometimes as if she's checking you off a list and not fully interested, but she's thorough and won't discredit your concerns. Very helpful."

"A member of my family, whom I provide care for, has been a patient of Dr. Jacinto's for 3 years. We have found her to be informative, patient, and very knowledgeable. She takes time with my family member to listen to their answers, not just ask a question and then talk over them as they hesitantly answer. Her office staff are very helpful and good at calling back when I have left a message---Dr. J has called back as late as 9:00 pm in response to my call back request and taken time to answer my concerns. We highly recommend Dr. Jacinto; she is awesome!!!"

"I dont understand how this woman became highly recommended when her office staff treated me so poorly. It took serverly phone calls and for me to state I had private insurance to even receive a call back for an appointment. Then once receiving an appointment I had to reschedule due to my son becoming I'll. The secretary then called my home and stated because I cancelled I was no longer able to reschedule or be seen in this office. This is poor service at its best."

"We have been with Dr. Jacinto for seven years. She has always been very helpful when suggesting appropriate medications and providing medication reviews. Dr. Jacinto is a very nice and open person. She always returns calls in a timely manner. Her schedule can be a bit tight, but if you schedule ahead of time it is not an issue. I would recommend Dr. Jacinto to anyone who requires medication management."
