"This was my first in-office visit since COVID19 shut down. I was sooooo impressed with this new office, it was spacious and beautiful. There is lots of space in the waiting room and soooo many offices. I would recommend more patients to see the doctors in person. It may be convenient with the video at home visits but it's sooooo much better in person. This practice is the best and I would highly recommend them."
"After a year of serious physical setbacks, the good doctor asked a total of two questions - the date and who the president was - and then decided my wife was not depressed. Didn't want to hear anything about any of the events of the past year. Promised to review her medical records and come up with a prescription, and then set a follow up visit in two weeks. Three weeks later and we've never heard from him again. This is not someone I would ever recommend to another human."
"Wow! Don’t even waste your time with this “doctor” that absolutely could not care less about your time or mental health. You will wait and wait and the wait some more, with no explanation as to why you’re waiting. He won’t talk to you, call you or email you, because he has a lack of respect for you and your time. He will send messages that you can’t even reply to. These messages come well after your appointment time, and they include some ridiculous demands for you to be able to see him. I’ve never encountered something/someone like this in my life. It is the worst form of “mental healthcare” out there. The incompetence is strong amongst the entire staff. The girls in the front office try, but they can only do so much and they will discuss your medical records in front of anyone and everyone, until anyone within earshot will know your entire medical history. They try super hard to change your medications and if you let them and then don’t like it and want to go back to what you’ve been taking that works, he will make you schedule ANOTHER appointment to see him, just to get your meds back to the way you want them. So unless you like paying for unneeded visits, waiting way beyond your appointment time, not getting to see the doctor after waiting and all the other things mentioned….just save yourself the time, money and sanity and just go somewhere else. This has been an unbelievable experience with this doctors office, that I don’t ever want to experience again. I’m trying to get help with my mental health, not be stressed out to the point where I feel like I might have a stroke, because this doctor just doesn’t care."
"Called today as I had an appointment scheduled this afternoon and was told i had a small balance that was in collections. I was completely unaware of the balance but I took care of it immediately since I now knew about it. They are now refusing to use my insurance and want me to cash pay. My copay with insurance is only $15. Now my appointment is canceled cause I’m not doing cash pay when I have insurance If I new I had a balance I would have paid it. The second I was aware of it I paid immediately. Seems you could be a little more gracious for someone trying to get help for their mental health."
"Doctor always has a negative attitude. Appointments take 2 to 3 hours. Staff turnover rate isn't surprising, i could never work around this arrogant doctor. Never listens to what you say, almost always screws up the prescriptions, then requires another appointment to correct hir errors. I've tried for over a year now, hoping this man would improve, just keeps getting more arrogant. Question him his first response is "you can go somewhere else". I've finally taken his advice. You've been warned"
