"Beautiful location. A lot of vehicle and foot traffic in the area. Difficult staff when trying to host a wedding."
"One of my favorite places in Phoenix! This church loves art and culture! They sponsor free music groups and individual musician concerts every year, inside and out. Last one was the Fujiko Daiko drumming group outside on their built-in labyrinth. They host monthly artist receptions in their art gallery that coordinate with 1st Friday downtown Phoenix events on Roosevelt Row. The inside of the church has remarkable acoustics that mesmerize with the large stained glass windows. Whether an acoustic guitar or an Acapella group, you can hear perfectly from any seat. Although I've never attended a church service there, it is an active and vibrant church with an impressive cultural presence. Parking in the garage behind it."
"Great church, very welcoming. Always a good sermon."
"They discriminate against homeless here. You're not allowed to have your bag inside, regardless of whether or not it has what's left of your life in it. I used to love going to this place. But if they're going to discriminate against God's people then I don't see how God is supposed to dwell here."
"Can feel both the the hope and hopelessness that this building had endured over the ages. At night, the whole tone of the open air gathering area changes; to almost a somber, regretful and no more excuses to hide behind (haze/fog) -- that there shall be freedom, finally... now that the truth can be heard, understood and clearly known."
