Seems highly disorganized! After waiting days I just phone blasted them... dialing the number until someone answered, of course they couldn't help me and the person who could is not there. I guess I wait another agonizing week or weeks? More to come... Ok the people that work there are awesome! Seems you have to drive to meet them. They did a great job and my first treatment went well.
