"UPDATED: Dr Burke was very kind to immediately reach out to me to correct the issue and even comped our follow up to make up for the miscommunication. Extremely disappointed. This is now the second follow up appointment I've scheduled only to have it cancelled by the office. The first follow up being a Telehealth and the doc no-showed. Waited a month on confirmation that my results had arrived. I had to call the office in confusion and repeatedly asked if they had received my test results. Requesting my records and moving on."
