"I was told the intake would be free. In reality they charged my insurance $300. I asked them why this was and did not receive anything resembling a reasonable answer. I would not recommend a practice that engages in deceptive practices."

Then after waiting for that week and a half, I get an email stating that they can not help us and to call someone else.
