"0 stars. 0 respect. 0 accountability. 0 trustworthiness.This place his horrible. I do not recommend. I was going to therapy being seen by Sydney. Nice person anybody can tell she's inexperienced as a therapist. Quick example she gave the same solution for two totally different problems. This supported my thoughts that she had nothing to say. I would tall for 15 min straight and she would have this long pause and look at me for 30 sec in silence until i got to uncomfortable and kept taking or she age would finally say something... they were rude and condescending when I wanted cancel my appointment. First talking about I need to pay 50$ each for both of the appointments in canceling... i told them i didn't know that. They basically said i did know that because i signed something saying that and i shouldve known what i signed.. its ok wont be seeing me anymore ... STAY AWAY."

"First impression is very easy to make an appointment! The process is very smooth! I got my appointment like the next day or 2. Dr Ali is very good listener. I tried other psychiatrists before, they don’t really take time to hear my whole story. He’s detailed oriented and have a caring heart. I felt so relieved from my depression. Thanks Dr I felt like I am on the good track now. Highly recommended!"

"Dr Hisbay I have never met with a mental health professional who didn't listen and talked the entire time during my visit. He is nice however rambled on for over 90 mins about issues that did not pertain to me. He mentioned that while I am on a particular medication it's a great medication (I'm not on the one he spoke 20 mins about), he spoke his personal issues extensively as well. I literally had to interrupt him to say anything. He does not listen, just talks. I am having problems with switching anti depressants and had a call scheduled with him again last Friday to address this. He called me 3 hours after my appointment. I can only assume his excessive talking made him that late. I am currently searching for another provider to help me through my medication issues and would not recommend him."
