"If you want a medical professional who shows urgency to care for your child + family, don't waste your time with this joke of a practice. I've heard great things about Doctor's approach, however, getting to see that approach is a different story. My wife and I tried getting set up with him for a few months earlier in pregnancy and never got a call back, email etc. I decided to take a hour off work and drive to his office to seek to understand his working rhythm. He had his front desk lady start a chart and said when we deliver, inform the hospital he is the POC and call in for an appointment as they will get me in that week for initial visit. That's where he started to show his true colors of "care".. At the hospital for delivery, everything was smooth in providing his info and once we were in postpartum room, they said our baby had a slightly elevated levels for jaundice. They said to have an appointment set up within 48 hours with our pediatrician in order to be discharged and plan for monitoring his levels. I tried calling his office twice, leaving voicemails of the urgency for us to get seen or face an extra day at hospital (which isn't cheap) and explore new medical care. After the day pasted, still nothing. This was my final straw to ever want to work with such a shady practice who truly doesn't care about anyone but their own convenience. We ended up finding a new practice, who even answers the phone during closed lunch hours, and was able to be seen. We shared the story with nurses caring for us at hospital and they explained the extent of how that is strong signs for a bad practice. As unfortunate as a situation it was, it was a blessing to see this offices true colors. I'm sure they will find time to respond to this review but yet still never got contacted back about a message saying I can't leave the hospital without them. Go work with another doctor, you never know when you'll need to contact your provider and this practice won't care when you reach out and likely won't follow back up. Good luck to this shady, disrespectful group of "care" providers."

"This is the third office I have been to and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Peters! He listened to me and did not dismiss my concerns. He took his time with us and looked more closely and holistically than every other provider we’ve seen. Yes, it took some time to get a response, but they are a small office and growing. It was definitely worth the wait. I can’t wait to see this practice grow and flourish because we need more providers like this!"

"I love Dr. Peters and his staff! Ali saved my breastfeeding journey- probably for all of my children. They’ve been informative, gentle, and always respectful of my decisions as the mother and advocate for my children. They aren’t in network with my insurance, but I pay cash because there are truly no better practitioners. I have tried many pediatricians and never felt comfortable until coming here. The negative reviews seem to be about the call back time. This is a small office which is one of the greatest positives for me! I am more than willing to be patient while they grow. Dr. Peters has always responded quickly to any medical needs I have messaged him about. They remember me and my children and help us all feel comfortable and cared for and that’s worth any call back wait."
