"I'll never go back to Gilbert Pediatrics and I said so to Dr. Timothy Jacks. He messed up a procedure involving my son and his office is still trying to charge us for it. When I brought my kid into the office to show him the screw-up, all he had to say was that "the service was provided" and that the word "correct" is a relative term. Dr. Jacks is not the only condescending assembly-line-style doctor in that office either. In fact, Dr. Jones is the only reason we stuck with them for as long as we have. Now, a week after arguing with the Dr. Jacks about something that is clear for anybody with eyeballs to see, after telling him that I'm never coming back to have anyone from his office treat my kids, his office sends us a letter (certified, mind you) that says we've been blacklisted and sent to collections. In short, if you want a doctor who holds himself or herself accountable for their work, Gilbert Pediatrics is not for you."
