"Donald Carter called me as the Chair of the pediatrics for Mountain Park Healthcare on baseline road Tempe. He called to discuss a mishap with the facility where my daughter was not properly seen during her visit. The person that seen my daughter last name Lopez told us it was a viral rash when in reality she was having an allergic reaction. The lady never got close to look, touch or properly access my daughter. We had to rush her to the ER the following morning because the so called rash got at least 200% worse. The ER found out she was having an allergic reaction to the medicine we were told to continue giving to her the day prior. They never accessed anything to check the rash, just eyeball diagnosis. NO HELP AT ALL! Never apologized for anything!"
