"Wow, They canceled our appointment and wanted to reschedule to take care of a Commercial customer. Then when I complained and said that for the $$$ they charge...a new customer should be able to expect good service and that they should honor their appointment! Being a New Homeowner in the area and not familiar with operating a pool with a Pentair System, I was "Not thrilled" and I told the manager this. Especially when Now I just phoned them only to find out that they canceled me and future appointments or support! Is this how you treat new Senior Customers that need pool support?! Appalling!! I welcome a call and response from the owners. Stay Tuned..."
