"I was given Dr. Song's information from a family member after I had been sick for over a month. I called to make an appointment as a new patient ans was thrilled when I was able to get an appointment for the very next day. Before I met Dr. Song, I was beginning to lose hope that I would ever be well. After FIVE virtual appointments with my former PCP's office (since they would not allow in-person appointments if you had any symptoms), I had made no progress and was no closer to answers. They just continued to prescribe me more and more meds. Nothing was being done to figure out what was wrong with me. Then I met Dr. Song. She demonstrated compassion, empathy, and she seemed to genuinely care about helping me. She did not rush during my appointment, and talked to me for closet to 45 minutes. Since my appointment last Friday, she has called me and has sent me a detailed message in the portal explaining my labs. The office staff are very friendly, attentive, prompt, both in person and on the phone. I am so thankful I found her and the Banner Health Office."
