"My son has always hated people in his personal space. So, doctor offices are a nightmare for him. When he was ten he started having several symptoms that wouldn’t go away along with back to back illnesses. I took him to see her and because of how uncomfortable he is at the doctor it kind of ended up being an awkward appointment. She began making it seem like it was my fault he was sick and making his experience even worse. She even tested for poison like I was poisoning him. I confronted her during one visit and she played it off like she’s really trying to help. After taking him to see another doctor he was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome from mono. I requested a different doctor after this anytime he had to go. He ended up getting stuck on her schedule without my knowledge this last time and it was exactly the same. I will never take him to this place again."

"Dr. Johansson was great, she took extra care of my son, took the time to ask plenty of questions, was very sociable and detailed. I highly recommend her, it was a pleasant experience because of Dr. Johansson."

"I am truly confused about how she has so many good reviews. I had my son early and at the time didn't find a pediatrician for him. She was his doctor at the hospital when I gave birth and we decided to stay with her because of the reviews. I feel like we are just a number to her and that she doesn't care for the well being of my son. She just goes on her laptop and does a checkout on her list of questions to ask. I want a pediatrician who is interactive and and actually cares about my son and his health as an individual and communicate with us about that. I asked about his blood work because I never heard any results and she answered that she didn't know but is his doctor? And never gives us a chance to ask questions or ask if we have any because she's in a rush to go.There's quite a few things I've disliked from her after a few visits and I would NOT recommend her. We're never going back to her!"
