"We encountered Dr. Borlongan at Banner DW. I instantly got a good read on him. We visited him for a concern regarding umbilical cord care during the newborn 1 week and I appreciated the aseptic techniques he used. He was very thoroughhand we were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I canceled our follow up as I changed my mind about vaccinating per schedule, however he reached out to kindly remind us to get the second newborn heel stick. My encounter with front office staff and MA was pleasant and I didn't observe anything negative. I'll certainly be referring to Dr. Borlongan."

"My son was only 3 when we have Dr. Borlongan and now he is 16, honestly, Dr. B is a really good, nice and a reputable doctor. I gave him 2 stars only because his staffs are rude esp those answering the phone. I had patience dealing with them for a long time- until my last call and I finally gave up. It was brought to Dr. B’s attention a long time ago but nothing has been done. I also referred a lot of friends to Dr B, but after 1 appointment, they said, they will never go back because of the rude assistants. Well, it’s time for us to find a new doctor… sorry Dr B, it’s not you, it’s your staff!!!"

"My son is almost 4, Dr Borlongan has been his only Dr. HE IS FANTASTIC!!! He's so loving and caring. Doesn't treat my son like hes just another patient, we are treated like family. 5 stars just doesn't cut it for the care that is given. The whole staff is fantastic! Even the ladies up front i couldn't be happier."

"We've been going here a couple of years. I never bothered to read the reviews. The doctor is amazing and the nurses who come in and do the preliminary vitals are friendly. I have noticed the receptionists aren't very friendly. That does factor in to some extent, but in the end we're not going there to hang out and socialize with receptionists - we go for medical care, and it has always top notch."
