"My child has been a patient with DR. Black- Davis for several years. But over the past year the Office will not take valid insurance in which they are contracted with. So my child has been pushed to the side like a number. The other thing is I have offered to pay cash for services but they will not see her, which I believe is against the law. So I will be reporting them to the Insurance company and state medical board."
