"What a remarkable doctor! He CARES about his patients!!!! I take my sick dad to see him and he is everything you would want for a healthcare professional!!!"
"I have been a patient of Dr Nguyen, for 10 years. And all I can say is I'm grateful to him, he's a great physician."
"Best doctor and BEST front customer service. I love this place, I’ve been to many doctors not only here in Tucson, but in TX, WY, and other states. Thankful for Dr. Ngyuyen and his team!"
"Dr. Dung T. Nguyen is the finest doctor I have ever encountered. I am a retired Stuntman, heart patient, Type 1 diabetic, and suffer stage 3 kidney disfuntion, so when it comes to Doctors I know where of I speak. When other Doctors frankly shyed away from taking me on to become my primary physician because I had such complicated and deadly health problems Dr. Nguyen enthusiastically took me on BECAUSE of my health problems. The man seems to love a good puzzle! In short, when I came to him I was near death. In the six years that I have been lucky enough simply to know this man, this singularly gifted healer, let alone have him as my Doctor, I have become healthy again. He has made me healthy again. He sees patients from 7am to 7pm 6 days a week and gives his patients his personal cell number and encourages them to call him on it any time they need him. Any time... He does it because, as he put it to me, " It is my honor to be your Doctor." That is a Doctor. Five stars doesn't even come close."
"Dr. Nguyen was my father's doctor for many years and since he passed in 2002, my mother stayed with him. She is more almost 87 years old. She broke her hip and had hip surgery. She came home a few days ago with enough pain pills for the days. I called dr.nguyen and asked if he would fill her perception for oxycodone. He said he had to see her first, so i made an appointment for today at 2:45. They took her in at 3;30. When i was checking out, i asked about the prescription, and Carlos the nurse, who by the way is cordial and food good best said in sorry he didn't prescribe anything. When i told him what the prescription was he said he would talk to dr.nguyen. i told him i had no choice but to wait in the Walmart parking lot and wait in the car with my mom who was already very uncomfortable. One hour later i called and Carlos said he was still working on it. Carlos then told me that dr.nguyen wouldn't prescribe narcotics because of regulations. I replied that they should have told me that before i drove an hour each way to get her there, that i could have gone to pima pain instead, and she wouldn't be in excruciating pain all night. I told Carlos that it feels like dr.nguyen was more concerned about regulations than his patient's welfare. To cut the story short, i called 4 more times. By then it was 6:15 and the pharmacy closed at 7. Carlos said dr.nguyen had taken care of it. I sent my son to get it so my mom wouldn't be left alone. When he got there they had hydrocodone not oxycodone. I called Carlos and told him she had been on hydrocodone for 12 years for her arthritis and that wouldn't come close to touching the kind of pain she is in from hip surgery. I was told that they were sorry but they wouldn't do anything about it. When i made the appointment i was clear that she needed oxycodone. Dr.nguyen had changed. He cares nothing for his patient's well being obviously by his actions. I will not go see him again ever. If he had just told me he couldn't do what she needed i would have taken her where they would. His actions prove all he cares about is billing Medicare so he makes money and has no compassion for his patients. I would not recommend him to anyone, my mom is literally screaming in pain and he couldn't care less. You should be ashamed of yourself dr.nguyen, and you should immediately resign instead of causing pain to others. Todd f. Wacks"
