"Within five weeks we’ve had the worse experiences with this office. Front desk is rude and condescending. Doctor has been ok but nothing above average. Tina is the only one we’ve had a great experience with. I have never felt so unwelcome at a doctor’s office before. Good luck with them returning a call or giving you concerning information with a chance to talk to someone before closing. I don’t care what your message is if the word abnormal is used when talking about a 4 week old you don’t leave that in a basic message at 430 so the parents get to worry all night. Absolutely unacceptable! I do not recommend this office at all."

I am definitely an anxious mom, but with the speedy response to my questions (using the patient portal) my anxiety is generally put to ease. Dr. Wensmen has a laid back approach, but she listens to all concerns and offers medically sound advice. I would recommend anyone take their infant here."
