I knocked off a star because when I call and specifically when I called a couple of weeks ago and felt "dismissed" and like my questions were just swept away like the real answer wasn't important. BUT today, I spoke with Tanisha. She was thorough, understanding, personable and I felt like she must like what she does because she actually took the time to LISTEN to what I needed from her.
