"Had no trouble reaching the office to schedule an appointment. I was a new patient. Front office staff was really pleasant. Dr. Kumar took his time to go over my past records. He thoroughly explained everything. I’m very happy with the office."

"**UPDATE** Shortly after writing this review I started to receive NEW non-itemized bills from them, for which I still am unsure what I am being billed with. I can only assume it is in retaliation for this review, as I haven't seen them in close to a year. Avoid this office at all cost, they operate like a use car dealership. ------------- I can safely assume Arun Kumar is the worst neurologist to visit. Period. Refused to find out the underlying diagnosis for my seizure disorder over ten 10 years--although I imagine this may be par for the 'medicinal' course. They just sell medication, forcing dependency before actually knowing what is wrong. When they started giving me conflicting medications that overdosed me and sent me to an ER at another hospital, I made the obvious choice of changing neurologists. THEN I started getting bills for missed appointments I never setup at their office. Fairly soon, I will look for legal action for the mistreatment and miss care over the last 10 years of my life. My children thank you for making all our lives harder and may god have mercy on your souls (not really). I advise all people who have are able, to avoid this office at all cost and *Mr. Arun Kumar."

"My son, has suffered with migraines that cause absent seizures for most of his life. We have been to several doctors and finally found one we thought was getting down to the problem. The first time we went to this dr office they said no co pay. The next time we go suddenly we owe a co pay for the appointment prior and now we have another one for this visit. I explain to them I didn’t have it it because we were told there wasn’t one. Never paid one before at the other offices. They let him see the dr anyway. Then he had his MRI. After the MRI when we went to schedule his follow up appointment now we suddenly owe another 350.00, which, of course, we weren’t told about it prior, on top of the copays we still owed. So we paid the 350 so he could get in to see the dr to get his results. Then they still wanted the other copays. They refuse to see him until paid and refuse to give the medical records to us, his disability lawyer, they wouldn’t even send them to the disability judge. They don’t respond to anything. This place is money hungry and they don’t care that my son could have a ticking time bomb in his head"

"My first and only visit was a good experience with Dr. Maro, NP. She really listened and asked several questions. However, when I called back to get my MRI results, nobody would ever answer the phone. I left a VM and still never heard back. After several attempts, I got a hold of the front desk staff who said that I would need to be seen for an office visit in order to get my results. I asked if they could please get a message over to the doctor regarding my situation. A week later and no response. I was able to contact my imaging place to get all my records, thankfully, but for being a Neurology office with patients with some pretty severe cases going on, you need to be able to get in contact with your doctor and this is never the case with this office. And they are still on paper charts."

"This office is run beyond poorly. Go literally anywhere else you can. This place was miserable to work with, no one ever answeres the phone or returns messages, and the staff are really rude. I must have called 20 times over 3 days and never got a live person and it took leaving multiple messages over multiple days to get a call back days later. I saw the NP, by surprise, because I thought my appointment was with Dr. Kumar, because that is what they led me to believe when I confirmed my appointment.The NP was ok, she was rushed and not very interested in listing and seemed focused on prompting me to say key words/phrases she could write down, but she was thorough in the images she ordered. The MD might be ok but the staff are so awful I didn't return to find out."
