She also took me out of comfort zone by doing role-play, which is exactly what I needed to improve my intake skills. My biggest problem with doing intakes was being able to respond to Potential Client's rebuttals and Cindy made sure to go over this aspect extensively. She gave me numerous great lines I have incorporated into my intake and she made me feel more comfortable saying these lines during our sessions.
