"I would have added more stars. How you treat people is the most crucial part of your business. I got lipo done in 2 areas. I went with this Malan person because he was on one of the local channels. It use to be on his website. I've gone back to get checked 4 or 5 month after my procedure. I scheduled an appointment immediately after their office opened back up because of covid. I guess once they are done with you, they could care less about you. They sure as hell don't continue the service they give you when you first walk in. You only get treated well because you have money they want. Of course they are happy to take it. After that you don't matter! They make you sign papers so you don't talk bad about them. You would think the service would be better or the same way it was when you first walk in the door. I thought of going back to get more stuff done. No thank you. Not paying for this type of treatment. Remember you are not the only business out there. I don't like being lied to and ignored. I called 3 times. 1st call, explained why I was calling. The person asked if I want the Dr to call me. I told her yes! Please! I even told the lady that checked me for my follow up, what I wasn't happy with. She tried to avoid my complaint, but I kept bringing it up. 3 times I was lied to. I was told this Todd Malan was going to call me back. Wednesday was my 2nd phone call. Never got a call. Friday I called again. Person said the same lie. The ladies I spoke with said, "I will send this message as urgent, you should be getting a call from him." I told her, "you better not be lying!" Friday ended with another lie! So if he screws up your surgery or you would like to talk to him about your complaint, he doesn't call you. The ladies that answer the phones lie. In September I looked up the website and it wasn't there. I wondered what was going on. I told the person that answered the phone at the time. I asked her why they don't have their website. She said, "it should be up, but I will let them know. I guess, I should have gotten names, but I didn't. I am a patient! I am one that paid a little part of your salary. Without your patients you wouldn't have a business. Treat people right. All I ask!!"
