"Called to get an appointment for a new patient since my old doctor no longer has a practice. Was told I couldn't even make one until I got a referral from my primary. Not required by my insurance company, but required by SWKI. OK, Couldn't get a referral from my primary until I met with him, earliest available, 2 weeks. OK. Two weeks later, referral in hand, I go to their office in Casa Grande. No one there, they only have office hours one day a week, Wednesdays, its Thursday, so another week I've lost. Went home, called SWKI to get an email address to send them the referral and make an appointment, waited on hold for 15 minutes only to be told that I cannot email it to them, it has to be faxed by my doctor. As I was talking to the appointment making person, there was so much noise on their end they couldn't hear me so I had to shout and they hung up on me before I could ask any more questions. If it's this hard just to get an appointment...I can't imagine what the office must be like. I'm going somewhere else!"
