I recently had the pleasure of visiting AZ Eye Institute for my daughter’s annual eye exam, and I must say that it was a truly positive experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the staff were exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles, and they made me feel incredibly welcome. Also, the wait time was minimal, which is always appreciated. Dr. Nannenga who performed the eye exam was highly knowledgeable and especially good with children (it’s clear she is a mom herself) She took the time to listen to my concerns about the increased prescription change and actually offered us a new technology. A disposable lens technology that is FDA approved to slow her progression #MiSight !! So excited to be able to actually Do something to help this daughter (unfortunately her older sisters never had this opportunity) Not only did the staff patiently answer all my questions but the office itself was also clean, organized, and modern. It is evident that they prioritized their patients' comfort and well-being. In addition to the exceptional service and pristine facilities, the pricing at AZ Eye Institute was also fair and transparent. They provided a detailed breakdown of the costs before proceeding with any procedures, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, mine and my daughter’s experience was nothing short of fantastic. "Arizona Eye is great- both the doctor and the tech were incredible friendly and professional. The doctor explained each test, showed the results and what they meant and took time ensuring my prescription was correct. The tech was patient and kind when helping me select frames for my new glasses. She walked me through pricing and made sure I understood the breakdown of costs.
