"I won’t say I’d give Zero stars because I do like they are open Saturday at 8am. But the service ufff… not at all the way I wanted to start my Saturday. I was quoted double the price I normally pay even for a full case of hats. When I questioned the amount Attendant responded with “we are corporate” “goes by weight/ dimensions”. I asked the weight and she replied with 2lbs les than a full case would weigh, being that I was 4dz of hats shorter of a full case, I knew something was off. I tried asking about weight. I got caught off with ma’am I do this everyday.. I replied I always send this amount and she cut me off again saying rates are by weight/dimensions.. confused I looked through my emails to search previous shipments and sure enough weight and cost I was being quoted was super different. I went to different shipping center and my box weighed way less and cost even at twice the insurance amount was twenty something dollars underof the quoted price they gave me here. (We played with insured value just to see why I was quoted $70 before) but even with double insurance it was at $50. Maybe the phone call the store attendant put on hold as I walked in was more important to get back to than to double check the quote she’s giving a business owner who always sends same product in same boxes. The worst is how she made me feel I was at fault for questioning her. When in this scenario she is the employee and should be there for the customers. I probably would have still sent it if I felt she double checked.. I mean shipping rates do go up."
