"My mail is constantly missing At least once or twice a week I'm getting someone else's mail. Even packages that have nothing to do with my address show up at my house. I've had at least 10 claims from government agencies claiming they sent me letters that I never got. Is there a way I can fire USPS. If there was a zero rating they would get that Don't try to call and complain you won't get anywhere they don't care that their service sucks."

"Today I had an appointment for 10:15 and I was seen at 10:15 for my passport. I don’t remember the young lady’s name, however she was very professional, punctual, and very polite. She knew what she was doing and even carried on a small conversation as she looked over my documents. And we ended within 15 minutes. I will be back to this location again."

"Very unfriendly bunch. Also can’t EVER get anyone to answer the phone in Casa Grande’s post office. Not one person is willing to answer the calls. Instead they must prefer everyone to go in person to flood the office instead of answering the calls that would many times make it simpler for everyone and avoid an unnecessary trip down there."

"Rebecca at this location was AMAZING. We just purchased a new house out here in Arizona City and our package was not delivered to our home address as we need a P.O set up, Rebecca went out of her way to help us and located all of our packages in the back and gave them to us before they were returned to sender! They work hard, give them some slack especially during the Holidays. God Bless"

"The lines are longer in the late afternoon, but if you come in before 3 or so, it's pretty fast. Even when a line is long, it moves pretty quick."
