"I just did a 6am Uber delivery here. Granted the employee should have left better instructions. It's dark and quiet. There's a weird "customer parking" area and a "customer center" in the distance. The security booth look unoccupied so I figured I was supposed to do the quick drop-off at that door as I do a million times at a thousand other businesses. Well security guy came over and had a heart attack that I can't park there. (I probably would have been parked there for even less time had I not walked 50 yards the opposite direction to engage him. And my car was not blocking any traffic.) I'm sure he's just doing the job as instructed nonetheless UPS just guaranteed I won't have any positive feelings about them anytime in the near future."

"ordered christmas presents for my family and i put everything in properly i even double checked to see if my apartment number was in there and correct. and it still was sent back to sender multiple times because the drivers are to lazy to open there eyes and look for the mail box. pure laziness. and now ups want me to pay for there monthly subscription to change my address to something different even tho that wasn’t even the problem in the first place the problem it’s the lazy drivers that don’t want open there eyes for 5 minutes"

"What a shame these undeserving companies get contracts. I waited a week and a half for a package to be delivered to the office of my apartment. Apparently the driver is an idiot. Dispatch is half retarded and customer service people are a bunch of foreigners that don’t understand or comprehend English or cannot convey a message to people that can, either way that whole set up over there is screwed. You guys are making other companies lose customers because you can’t deliver packages and read instructions"

"Waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes with 0 UPS workers present. Flagged down UPS drivers walking by and asked if they could send someone up front. Multiple said yes, but no one ever came up front. How can you have a customer service center with 2 out of order computers and no one to help customers? What a joke. A multi billion dollar company that can't fill basic positions are the epitome of garbage. Upper management should be publicly shamed."
