The American & Naturopathic Oncology Research Institute

The American & Naturopathic Oncology Research Institute, located in Tempe, Arizona, is dedicated to upholding the standards of medical freedom and the breadth of scope in naturopathic medical practice. Led by President Dr. Kenneth Proefrock, the institute focuses on researching and developing naturopathically oriented solutions for healthcare challenges.

The institute, in collaboration with the Naturopathic Oncology Research Institute, operates an Institutional Review Board (IRB) to oversee basic and clinical research related to natural therapeutics and complex treatment interventions. This includes safety and efficacy studies for novel therapies, as well as validating clinical study designs for independent practitioners.

With a global reach, the IRB oversees a range of clinical studies conducted by independent clinicians and large university-based research projects in the US, Canada, and Europe.
