Just as the 1st move, everything went VERY smoothly, they effectively communicate all pertinent information. And...the drivers were all friendly and professional! "Zero stars not an option. I will never use them again. Due to they did not deliver container when I was told. They would not come back and make it right. I was moving for work and had to go get a U-Haul to get my items across the US so I could work on Monday. Customer service was not helpful at all. They acted like they did not care about the predicament that they put me in. They also refused to give me a full refund which was the biggest insult of all. I neve used there service and still had to pay them a $1000.00. worst experience ever."
"At first had a problem with them charging me more than the quoted price, but they fixed it. It's a nice service to use and it was easy to go pick all my stuff up from the pod when I didn't need it anymore. I only give them 4 stars because it's pricey compared to other storage spaces to keep the pod stored in their warehouse."

I have had a couple of pick ups and drop offs, and have to say the drivers are amazing. They have always been on time, accommodating, and super kind. "I loved my PODS experience. It was a very easy for me to load items into the POD and then the POD was picked up and delivered!! The only thing I wish could have gone differently is the itemization on the size of the POD I would recommend the agents being more thorough in the items that you need to put in your POD prior to renting it."
