"Paul Roman and his partner overcharged for labor by 45 mins and destroyed my cube by dropping it down concrete stairs - and then didn’t tell me about it. In addition, they snapped the neck off my $400 guitar. I heard the crash and believed if something happened to my belongings, they would tell me. They didn’t, and now my shelf is incredibly scratched and can no longer bear the weight of my drawers on it. I have to buy a new one now, on top of paying 45 minutes of extra labor they didn’t provide. They charged me for boxes because I had small boxes of items, which they decided would take too much effort or time to carry. This added time to my bill, and charged me for unnecessary materials. They argued that they used 6 rolls of tape on 3 wardrobe boxes for this. That does not make any sense. All in all, they were intentionally misleading and did not take care of my belongings. All of this, and they still charged me $1035 ($100 deposit included) to move 8 minutes down the road. This has been incredibly infuriating. I’ve also tried calling them the day of my move after I discovered the damage, and could not reach anyone for 30 minutes before giving up."
