"I like leaving good reviews about hard-working people, so this is going to hurt. I received my package last night and was very upset because of where it was left. I was tracking this package, and the driver was supposed to leave a picture to show it was in a safe place as well. This just started happening with a few of my packages. To be completely honest, I wouldn't complain, but this driver delivered one of my packages like this right in front of me and my kids just right in front right outside my fence. I thought for a minute maybe he saw us and just was in hurry so maybe he figured just leave it there so we could get it, but that's not what most drivers do and this is not peak season for deliveries either. Well, back to my original complaint, I'm not happy with my package being left right outside my fence. This package could have been left in a more concealed place in my yard just right over my fence, but no, it was left right in the open for some to see and take if they wanted. The package was saying, "Come get me." What should happen is that the driver needs to correct his his behavior. Two, he probably should look for another job if he can't do this one like all the other drivers. Three, if he wants to make this right, he needs to come apologize to me and my family and start putting packages where we would like them to be. And last his supervisor should be very upset by now about this going public, so this should be very embarrassing to him and the rest of the UPS Casa Grande hub. What a shame to have this kind of behavior happen over and over. I have a picture to show. I hope this never happens again. If it does, I'll post again, and I will visit the hub next time to make a formal complaint."
"They don't take reservations, but knew a big group was coming in about noon. They were wonderful and had a table waiting for us and don't know how the waitress kept 20 orders exactly correct."
"I had a package out for delivery at 9:40 am. I literally live right across the street from them and I did NOT get my package. This is not the first time either. "A little unorthodox facility in Casa Grande AZ. Packages piled up in gravel dirt parking area. UPS really needs to get these employees a real facility. They work in horrible conditions. They literally have Packages under table or makeshift conveyor belt dividing the fron and back of a dilapidated metal building. Overflow Packages are scattered in parking area for ups trucks and are not secure. Customer service lady inside a dilapidated metal shack has to look the package up and then go on a savagery hunt for it. She is Noce Friendly and she found the package I was looking for. But if all drivers are gone there literally is No way she can see what's going on outside in package area. UPS makes enough money to build or lease a really facility. These people who work there deserve hazard pay."
"Worst UPS experience ever. Per Fern, the manager, the night clerk decides who and where packages are delivered. I lived in Casa Grade a month and repeatedly had issues with delivery. Well after researching they NEVER notified me or attempted to deliver my packages. But change the computer to say I requested to pick up the packages and then they returned it to sender. 1st time was my graduation gown and now it wont be here in time. 2nd was extremely important medical supplies for our daughter. Her G-tube food has been sitting there for 3 days while she has gone without. When I contact them today. Fern's response is sorry can't fix it until Monday. You honestly expect my daughter to go without for 3 more day and but her health and safety at risk!!! Ask Fern to speak for the general managers name. Ummmmm I don't know it maybe Jack? Okay Fern your supervisor then - Well she she already gone for the day so she will call you Monday. Can I have her name - No! At this point UPS - This is Gross Neglect Gross negligence is a lack of care that demonstrates reckless disregard for the safety or lives of others, which is so great it appears to be a conscious violation of other people's rights to safety."
