"We agreed to do a ride share and took a double wide trailer to the end of our 20ft truck. This location was a hour away from our drop off location for our truck. On the receipt for the drop off location for the truck they said that I was able to drop off the truck at any location but the one I picked is fine too. When we got to this location in sun lakes we gave them the key and they asked us to pull the truck around to the warehouse around the back and that they can’t take the truck too. After spending $1,000 in gas and 28 hours of driving. We left the truck where it was parked. These employees have no working bone in their body and expect customers to do all the work."

"This U-Haul location has excellent customer service. They special ordered my trailer hitch mount & set an appointment upon delivery. Javier installed my trailer hitch mount today, and provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. He thoroughly explained every detail, and kept me informed along the way. My appointment was started early & he finished the install in a timely manner. Javier is a valuable asset to the U-Haul team & has earned my continued business. I will recommend this U-Haul location to all my friends and suggest them for great customer service."

"I have absolutely no words to describe our experience at this U Haul.. I came with my dad to get a trailer for helping move his disabled friend in Glendale. This store opens at 7 and he was looking to rent for a day to give him some time to go, move her, and bring it back without risk of being late. The manager, Alisha, helped us. Apparently on Sunday's they don't open until 9, so she was going to charge him for two whole days because of those two hours. We asked why if it's not our fault they're closed and it's a 24 hour rental and she said that's just how it is. She kept insisting she needed a better time frame so he told her 7 pm instead of a whole day. We shared how unfortunate the policy is that for those two hours we would be unable to bring it, he would get charged a whole day. Working in retail for 10 years, I noticed he was being incredibly understanding despite her rude tone. (And trust me, I would've spoken up if he was being rude, I always side with the employees.) He was fine with what she was offering and was getting ready to pay. She then completely turned on him and said that she had no trailers available at all for us and she was unable to help any further. I honestly have never been more shocked and not surprised to see recent reviews on Yelp stating how terrible this new management is. We went to another U-Haul where we had zero issues, customer service was great and they honored their 24 hour rentals with kindness and good service. The employee said they constantly receive complaints about this location! I will say the employee that was working with Alisha, was really nice and greeted us with a smile when we came in. Maybe the manager can learn from the employees."

"Parked my 40 ft camper here for about a year. Parking is a little tight but staff is friendly. I also rented a u-haul 20 ft moving truck to move across the country to Pennsylvania. Got a flat tire after only an hour into our 34 hour drive. They sent someone out to fix the flat."
