"My printer's printhead died after purchasing an important shipping label and the new printhead isn't expected for another few hours. I couldn't wait and absolutely had to get this label printed. Never having used this facility before I called to see if I could email it over and the lady on the phone was so helpful and it was incredibly easy. 5 minutes later I arrived and it was on the counter waiting for me. Not only was this a great, seamless experience, but the same woman was greeting each customer that walked in the door she knew by name and everyone seemed so pleased to use their services.
