"This company will lie over the phone, they say "if it isnt in email its not true". So make sure to get emails from them cause they are snakes. None of the charges match up from what they say on the phone or email, always higher. I paid over $2000 for a month of storage so id definately say going with this company was a mistake. Bunch of liars, the drivers, the reps, all of them lie. bad organisation, bad customer service, just all around bad experience."

"DO NOT USE! The most unprofessional and deceitful company I have ever worked with. One star is too generous. There were so many hidden fees. They charged me twice (60 day rental) for a 40 day rental. Over $700. When asked for an answer about possibly getting it pro-rated, they told me it’s in the contract. I asked for a copy and was sent a receipt for the answer. Terrible service! I would strongly recommend against using them."

"We used this great company a couple of years ago for an out of town move. The price was the best, the container was perfect and delivered on time. We packed and loaded the container woth plenty of time. When we closed on our new home, we called and scheduled the pick up and move. They came as scheduled and delivered to our new house perfectly . We had plenty of time to empty the container, never rushed and they promptly came and picked it up when we called. We hope we won't need a container again, but if we do, we will be calling Pack Rat. Moving is a stressful thing, but pack rat eased a lot of the stress."

"Receiving opens at 7:00am the Dock is a little tight ,after unloading you can head to 14th street and wait for your reload, go thru the gate that leads to other warehouses and take a left you will see flatbeds there. The facility has male and women restrooms unloading was quick 15 or 20 minutes, slide tandems to the back. The gentleman inside the office at receiving was very respectful and professional and has a great attitude. Drive safe drivers"
