"I visited and reviewed this schools website information and was intrigued enough to submit an online request for more information, hoping to talk to someone in depth about the programs. Instead I received a very rude and rather demeaning response email from the COO, Sean Kerrigan. Why the COO is responding to requests for information I’m not sure, but it is not a reassuring sign, and his response certainly did not present the organization in a favorable light. Quotes from his response email include “Have you been to the School's website?” and “Speaking of Tuition & Fees, I don't think the state board for postsecondary education would let us run a school in AZ if we charged $29,900 in tuition but didn't get our graduate jobs.”. As someone who is looking at schools and planning on investing tens of thousands of dollars into a program, I would expect the initial conversation with them to be more respectful and open about their programs. Instead I found it to be incredibly rude and demeaning. Anyone planning on taking out student loans for that much money should want to talk to an admissions representative more about the school, program, what certifications they are going to get afterwards, and job placement rate. To be met with such disrespect and dismissal in an initial contact email, and by a Board Trustee of this school none the less, leaves an incredibly unprofessional impression of the organization."
