Four days before my date, corporate calls and asks if I can pick it up the day before and at a location further than me and they’ll give me a free day. No problem. I drive across town to a U Haul renter, not an official U Haul, on the new date just to find out they don’t have one to rent and told me corporate would call me for a new pick up location. An hour with no phone call and I head to this location just to check. They had it available, gave it to me for the original reservation price, and a couple free days which came in handy. No issues or drama like corporate gave me. 5/5."
