"How many call center reps does it take to reschedule an appointment they screwed up in the first place? Who knows because I lost count after the fifth, or was it the sixth person I spoke to. My appointment was set up as a telemed visit which I confirmed with two people before hand. When I called to ask why I haven't received a link I'm told that I have been marked as a no show because it should have been an in person appointment. Then I was told that I would be receiving a phone call from the doctor's office... THREE DAYS AGO. Yes, I have called back only to leave voicemails that apparently go into the ether because I've yet to receive a return call. It took two weeks and a conversation with a supervisor just to schedule my surgery, and looks like it's going to be the same for the follow up appointment. The doctor and the hospital staff are great, but don't look for any level of customer service here."

"I was disappointed with this physician. My first appt with his PA, was very thorough and thoughtful. After my scan, I met with Dr. Kumar. This appt was very rushed, he did not seem to have familiarized himself with my case at all. He asked the same questions I had answered with his PA, but unlike her, he didn't let me answer his questions. He never sat down, instead he paced the exam room. This appt. was a waste of my time. The MRI results could have been conveyed quickly with no exam or questions at the very least, or even more productive would have been to simply post no concerns from the MRI in my patient portal. It it matters to anyone, pass this Dr. and his practice over. I certainly intend to."
