"Asked them to pack ONLY some steel paintings. They pack two 10x1 paintings in a 16x16 box WITHOUT telling me the ridiculously large size of the box or that it is nonrefundable. To make it worse, those two paintings would easily have fit on the box with the larger painting if the dumb teen in question had used his brain even a little. I now have to UNDO EVERYTHING they did to fit any of it in my car. It took an HOUR. Robbed me of $78."
"Go here if you do not care about money. This places gouge's customers worse than a gas station. $0.60 for a black and white two sided copy. They take advantage of people that do not know better and in a hurry. The owners should be embarrassed and will easily close if another shop decides to open in the area."
