"There was only 1 employee working the entire Printing and Shipping department on a Saturday at this store. We waited over 20 minutes to be helped. Wasn't even acknowledged by the lady working the department. Her back was to us the whole time while helping another woman. We asked another employee to help us at the shipping counter because our box was labeled, pre-paid, and ready to go. He was on his phone at the register, not busy, when my husband approached him. He didn't seem to know anything about Shipping, told us the other lady working that area would help us when she was done with the other lady. Literally almost a 30 minute ordeal for something that took 2 minutes!"
